Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges from $52,000 to $197,000 annually , including base salary, commission, and bonus.

This range reflects factors such as experience, performance, skill set, and business needs. Please note:

• Compensation is not typically offered at the top of the range at hire
• Final compensation will vary based on individual qualifications and results
• This range does not reflect geographic differentials

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to lead new business development within the healthcare sector. This is a true outside sales role focused on building your own book of business , managing a territory, and closing new accounts. This position will be focused on the San Diego Territory.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through in-person prospecting, networking, and outreach
• Identify and develop qualified prospects within your assigned territory
• Schedule meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Consult with healthcare providers to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Close new business and execute service agreements
• Maintain strong pipeline management and territory organization

Target Customers

You’ll focus on a variety of healthcare facilities, including:

• Surgery centers
• Skilled nursing facilities
• Private practices
• Medical clinics

What We’re Looking For

• Outside B2B sales experience (required)
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Professional presence and high level of organization
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to win
• Comfortable working independently in a territory-based role
• College degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience)
• Basic computer proficiency

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
