Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional recovery care to post-op patients in a fast-paced 30-bed PACU
• Monitor vital signs and manage 1:2 or 1:1 patient ratios with precision and compassion
• Assist with procedures like craniotomies and ortho surgeries ensuring smooth transitions
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including CNC/charge nurses to prioritize patient experience
• Respond promptly to on-call needs within 30 minutes, keeping everything running seamlessly

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU RN experience - no exceptions

Education

• RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Acute care hospital experience
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR system a plus
• Flexible with hours and on-call requirements
• Great attitude that thrives under pressure without stress
