Training Facilitator

Training Facilitator As a trainer, you will develop and deliver differentiated instruction in engaging formats, supporting Army mission operations. You will provide in‑person and hybrid instruction for government partners through live, virtual, and gaming instruction, collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission‑critical problems, and use instructional design models such as ISD, Design Thinking, ADDIE, and Merrill’s Principles to create learning objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute training strategies for Joint Forces operations, including Large Scale Combat Operations and Counter‑Explosive Hazard scenarios. Provide stand‑up classroom instruction and advanced advisory technical support. Design, develop, and oversee exercise scenarios, including exercise support, games for training (e.g., VBS3), and virtual/physical training aids. Coordinate with commanders and units to plan and conduct both virtual and live training across multiple sites. Assess, update, and deliver training products, ensuring integration of War‑Fighting Functions, MDO, and LSCO concepts. Support specialized training in Cyber, Electromagnetic Activities, biometrics, explosive hazards, C‑sUAS, and movement and maneuver operations. Utilize Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), including Army Games for Training, to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Army. Minimum 4 years of experience leading training and 4 years of experience developing and delivering exercises. 4+ years of experience delivering exercise support and using games for training such as VBS3. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Secret clearance (required). Associate’s degree (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Battle Staff and Warfighting Functions. Deployment experience in overseas military operations. Experience with CEMA, Counter‑Explosive Hazard (C‑EH), and C‑sUAS training. Experience as Observer/Controller (OC) and with military exercise design, delivery, and After Action Reviews (AAR). Knowledge of Multi‑Domain Operations (MDO) and LSCO. Location Jericho, VT. Compensation Projected salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
