Job Description We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. Responsibilities Assist staffing manager with staffing needs Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations Communicate coordination of services with patients, co-workers, and families Review and update HR information system records Enforce company policies, rules and regulations Communicate all relevant information to employees Qualifications Previous experience in staffing General knowledge of home health state and federal guidelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Company Description We are a personal service agency serving over 10 counties in Indiana. #J-18808-Ljbffr
