Cost Management Analyst

About the Role: As a CBRE Cost Management Analyst, you will collect, review, and present data that will assist with the development of multi-disciplined commercial real estate solutions. This job is part of the Building Consultancy function. They are responsible for specialist building services including surveying, inspections, and planning. What You’ll Do: Produce concept-level estimates to aid feasibility studies and assist with business cases. Gather a range of information from simple internal benchmarking to detailed market data. Support project managers and leasing teams to estimate costs associated with the lease. Optimize property owner contribution and tenant improvement allowances on behalf of the Client. Level all bid responses, organize data, and generate reports for Sr. management. Reconcile all estimates and change orders. Review all applied costs toward allowances, contingencies, and reserves. Update the cost plan accordingly. Prepare the release of all withholdings and close all funding approvals once complete. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Compensation and Benefits: Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits:
