Salary: $135,200 - 141,440 per year Requirements Expertise in data analysis, requirements gathering, and healthcare data Comfortable communicating with business and technical stakeholders to build shared understanding and develop collaborative solutions Experience participating in requirements and solution review sessions for data platform implementations Ability to present requirements analysis to management and technical, analytical, and business stakeholders Responsibilities Plan, develop, and document detailed functional, technical, and business requirements for projects of varying complexity Prepare business and technical documentation for development teams and end users Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback throughout project lifecycles Contribute to project plans using established PMO standards and procedures, and communicate delivery milestones based on capacity and priorities Deliver solutions on time and in line with requirements and expectations Investigate, design, and implement business solutions, including major upgrades and enhancements to existing solutions Perform complex data analysis and translate business needs into data solutions Support data training so users understand the Data Platform and BI reports, and cross-train peers in relevant subject matter and technical areas Work with architects, developers, project managers, and analysts to present requirements and develop use cases Translate business requirements into technical requirements in collaboration with technical teams Gather and understand user requirements and business activities Own tasks and follow-up related to MassHealth cloud data services requirements, and establish documented best practices and processes for Data Modernization efforts Technologies Cloud Support More We are seeking a Business Analyst-Data Developer for a role based in Quincy, Massachusetts.
