Respond to phone inquiries promptly and professionally, making every interaction count. - Build genuine connections by engaging leads consistently through calls, emails, and texts. - Listen actively to understand each client’s needs and recommend tailored solutions from our family law services. - Celebrate your results, track your success, and regularly progress with the team. - Showcase the unique value of our firm, helping clients see why we’re the right choice for their family law needs. - Stay organized and efficient by maintaining accurate records and following proven sales strategies. - Guide clients through the onboarding process, making it easy for them to get started with clear explanations and support. - Keep client information secure and up to date in our modern digital systems. - Set high standards for yourself and be rewarded for consistently exceeding quotas. What success looks like - Strive to obtain and sustain a minimum average 35% conversion rate. - Streamline sales processes that produce new clients for the law firm. - Accolades received by clients. - No leads fall through the crack. Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
