We’re a dynamic 19-bed unit providing both Intensive Care (ICU) and Progressive Care (PCU/Stepdown) services — with 5 beds in ICU and 14 in PCU/Stepdown . Our nurse-to-patient ratios are designed to support quality care and strong teamwork: 1:4 in PCU , 1:2 in ICU , and 1:1 for critical, intubated patients .

We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate nurse who’s ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Candidates must hold active ALS, BLS, and PALS certifications and bring a passion for delivering excellent patient care.

• Schedule : 7 pm - 7 am, Night Shift, Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

• Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in their health journey.

• Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care.

• Deliver exceptional patient experiences in every dimension.

• Foster teamwork, team member engagement, and community involvement.

• Demonstrate a commitment to leveraging diversity and inclusion for quality care.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required .

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

• Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required .

• One-year relevant experience, preferred.
