Growth Strategist

We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to join our team and help identify opportunities, uncover insights, and develop innovative marketing solutions that drive growth for our healthcare clients as well as for our agency. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, researcher, and innovative problem-solver working closely with Account Services, Creative, Digital, Media, and Data. Market Intelligence & Healthcare Analysis Monitor healthcare industry and consumer trends. Analyze healthcare data, competitive positioning, and patient acquisition opportunities. Identify emerging patient acquisition channels and service-line growth opportunities. Analyze patient acquisition metrics and marketing attribution. Translate complex market and client information into clear, actionable insights. Develop market opportunity briefs, competitive analyses, service-line growth analyses, and market entry strategies. Support the development of dashboards and other data-driven tools. Identify new marketing and campaign opportunities. Develop service-line marketing strategies. Support strategic planning for major healthcare clients. Provide strategic insights that inform campaign development. Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Media, and Account Services teams to turn strategy into action. Develop strategic briefs, growth opportunity roadmaps, campaign insight frameworks, and marketing strategies. Identify solutions that can be developed into agency products or services. Research emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and platforms. Evaluate new technologies and opportunities. Thought Leadership & New Business Contribute to industry conferences and presentations. Develop healthcare industry insight reports and thought leadership content. Support new business pitches with market research and strategic analysis. Identify prospective clients based on market opportunities. Help strengthen the agency’s position as a strategic leader in healthcare marketing. We’re looking for someone who: Minimum 7 years industry experience. Has a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, consumers, and market dynamics. Can analyze data and translate findings into compelling business and marketing insights. Is naturally curious and constantly looking for new opportunities. Understands how Creative, Digital, Media, Data, and Account Services work together. Embraces emerging technologies, AI, and innovative marketing solutions. Comfortable presenting ideas and contributing to client and new business discussions.
