What You'll Be Doing

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of Smallcakes Steele Creek, ensuring every customer has a sweet and memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering questions about our menu and providing recommendations.
• Handling transactions accurately at the register.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting storefront, including restocking displays and tidying up as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, food service, or hospitality).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine love for helping people.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
