Billing Support Sales Analyst- St. Louis, MO

The Billing Sales Support Analyst is a trusted resource that provides account analysis, complex issue resolution, client enhancement feedback, and contractual schedule subject matter expertise. This role is critical for revenue growth and retention. What You Will Do Prepare and deliver client-based reporting, educate clients on self‑service tools and reporting, and identify areas of opportunity to resolve complex issues. Support issue resolution around billing and general customer service. Assist with inquiries regarding billing, pricing, contracts, reporting and research. Proactively collaborate with clients to research, implement, and monitor programs that support applications and business goals. Conduct research to communicate findings/solutions to assist sales representatives with maintaining and expanding a strategic client base and revenue. Administer complex billing account analysis in detailed reconciliations by comparison to invoices, contracts and account settings. Evaluate and communicate client escalations to report on results, trends, progress, and make recommendations. What Experience You Need Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in a business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. 2+ years of Sales Support and/or Customer Service experience. Understanding of the client lifecycle. Client‑focused resolution skills. Problem solving, decision making, and execution. Collaboration with multi‑layer stakeholders; ability to identify and adapt to stakeholders. Ability to handle fast‑paced and challenging job demands. Critical and strategic thinking.Ability to dissect complex issues, identify root causes, and suggest solutions.
