Full Time Clerical Round Rock, TX, US Salary Range: $13.00 To $14.00 Annually Job Description Job Title Production Operator Department Production Key Job Responsibilities Prep, scan or image sample. Preparation and data entry of documents for scanning. Data entry, sorting, labeling, copying, removing fasteners and examining documents. Operation and troubleshooting of scan machines. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to stand for 8 hours and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time. Quality assurance of the documents prepped or scanned. Verifying that all documents were prepped or scanned to standards and that no pages we missed during scanning. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Alpha-numeric typing of 20+ wpm and/or numeric typing of 5000+ kph Operate standard office equipment such as computers and copiers. Work cooperatively with co-workers Understand and follow written and oral directions in the English language. Perform quality control checks detecting and correcting any errors. Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, Must be 18 year of age or older.
