Production Associate

SmartTalent is seeking detail-oriented Production Associate’s to operate equipment, complete finishing tasks, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with our client in Everett, WA. This role involves hands-on work with printers, cutters, and laminators, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.

TITLE: Production Associate

LOCATION: Everett, WA

SCHEDULE: 

Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5am – 3:30pm $22.00 hour

Swing Shift: Monday – Thursday 330pm – 130am $24.00 hour

Weekend Shift – Friday thru Sunday - 6am to 7pm $24.00 hour

PAY: $22 - $24 Depending on shift

Advancement Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, cutters, laminators, and related equipment.

· Read and interpret work orders; perform quality checks before and after production.

· Execute finishing tasks including laminating, mounting, cutting, and vinyl weeding.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all safety procedures.

· Communicate effectively with team members and report on equipment or production issues.

· Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.

· Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

· Assist other departments as required.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with high quality and productivity standards.

· Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift 50+ lbs.

· Visual ability to read instructions and inspect products.

· Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
