Contract Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and public sector contracting industry, is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team. As a Contract Manager, you will be part of the legal and sales support department, working closely with sales, legal, and channel teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead negotiations for Canadian channel partners, government accounts, and selected U.S. SLED and commercial customers.
• Provide pre and post-contracting support, including assisting partners with renewals.
• Manage NDAs, non-standard agreements, and specialized government requirements such as SACC clauses.
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation in the DocuSign repository.
• Adapt global templates and policies for regional use, supporting localization efforts.

What's Needed?

• 5-8 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, or legal operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial and public sector contracting processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and contract drafting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting Quebec-based customers and proficiency in French language skills are strongly preferred.
