Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that align with our company's goals and brand image. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion.
• Develop event budgets and ensure costs are managed effectively.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venues to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources.
• Conduct site visits to assess event locations and logistics.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events.
• Manage event registration, attendee communications, and on-site coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
