CNC Operator

Position Title: CNC Operator Wage: $17/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday Join a fast-growing Monticello shop building high-quality parts for top industries. We’re seeking motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operators. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. Candidates must maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professionalism, and work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is an associate to hire role. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T, to ensure accuracy Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools Load and unload materials and finished parts (up to 50 pounds) Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Complete daily production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Previous CNC operating experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Experience using machinist measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, ID gauges, etc.) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and professional work ethic Willingness to learn, train, and cross-train in multiple areas Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 10 hours per shift Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds Equipment used includes CNC machines, micrometers, calipers, step gauges, and ID gauges Work is performed in a manufacturing/production environment Overtime may be required based on production needs Must follow all PPE and safety requirements We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
