Job summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our sign shop. This role involves hands‑on production, fabrication, and installation of a wide range of signage products. Key Responsibilities: Produce and fabricate various types of signs Operate and maintain equipment such as plotters, printers, laminators, and power tools Prepare substrates and apply vinyl graphics with precision and attention to detail Follow job specifications, timelines, and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Qualifications: Previous experience in a sign shop, graphics production, or similar environment preferred Ability to read work orders and interpret basic design/layout instructions Proficiency with hand and power tools Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Physical Demands: Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials up to 50 lbs. as part of regular job duties. Must be able to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the work shift while performing job tasks.
