AV & Lutron Technician - Luxury Residential

Location: Philadelphia / NYC (Greater Region) + Travel
Compensation: $28–$42 per hour based on experience + a generous per diem for overnights
Employment Type: This is a full time, hourly, non-exempt role

What You’ll Do

• Build, dress, terminate, and label custom AV racks.
• Install TVs, speakers, motorized shades, and network gear.
• Program, commission, and troubleshoot luxury home control systems.
• Work inside finished luxury homes where care and attention matter.

What You Need

• 2+ years hands-on A/V, electrical, or similar construction experience
• Lutron Homeworks certification and experience (or similar).
• Savant programming experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs / climb ladders.
• Professional presence with clients, builders, and designers

Travel
Our work takes us where our clients go. Travel is an important part of this role and an opportunity to work on exceptional projects in different cities and destinations.

• Philadelphia + NYC : These are our primary markets. Regular work in both is expected, including overnight stays when needed.
• Beyond the Northeast : Some projects take us farther, including destinations such as Miami.
• Fully Covered : All business travel beyond a normal commute is fully covered.
• Travel Well : We don’t put our team in budget motels or cut corners on the road. Overnight travel includes quality hotel accommodations, a generous per diem, and the opportunity to experience new places up close with a close-knit team.
