Human Resources Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator Scope of Service: With the support and supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, and the Director of HR. The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator works autonomously and also as a team member to achieve compliance and confidentiality within the Human Resources Department. HR Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator will source, identify, pre-screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, minimum two years of experience in human resource, recruitment and onboarding, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments. EOE. Essential Job Functions: Recruitment Onboarding Quality Assurance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates Degree or High School Diploma with two years of experience in human resources management in onboarding and recruitment Knowledge of sourcing vacant positions on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., and professional job board websites. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Paychex Flex is preferred). Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to work autonomously, self-sufficiently, and knowledge of employment law practices. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, maintain state minimum required insurance and good driving record. Knowledge of Paychex Flex, HR onboarding and reporting.
