Assistant Executive HousekeeperAn Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas as well as leading and supervising Room, Laundry and House Attendants in support of the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standardsAssign daily cleaning boards; evenly distribute work amongst the teamVerify and report status and/or discrepancies of roomsCommunicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areasCommunicate and coordinate with Front Desk Agents about the status of rooms in a timely and efficient mannerAssist the Executive Housekeeping Manager with administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling, payroll edits, inventory, ordering, etc.Oversee the Lost & Found programPerform Room Attendant and/or House-person duties, as neededRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerWhat are we looking for?Hospitality - We're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.Integrity - We do the right thing, all the time.Leadership - We're leaders in our industry and in our communities.Teamwork - We're team players in everything we do.Ownership - We're the owners of our actions and decisions.Now - We operate with a sense of urgency and disciplineIn addition, we look for the demonstration of the following key attributes:QualityProductivityDependabilityCustomer FocusAdaptabilityPhysical Activities and Requirements:Requires finger dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, bending, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.Safety Statement:As an employee, it is your responsibility to be aware of and report all safety hazards or violations you may see or witness while performing your required duties.
