You'll manage scheduling requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service. From depositions to hearings and trials, your work will directly support the legal process and keep everything running smoothly.Location: Must live in Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WISchedule: Monday – Friday | 10 am - 7 pm CSTWhat You'll Do:Manage direct billing setups for insurance carriers.Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients.Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.Respond to internal inquiries and retrieve necessary records or files.Ensure compliance with data integrity and security protocols.Collaborate across departments and perform additional tasks as assigned.Conducting research to gather additional information for incomplete requestsWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent (required).1+ year of relevant experience (data entry, administrative, legal preferred).Litigation support experience is a plus.Strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or databases.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.Perks & Benefits:At U.S. Legal Support, we believe in taking care of our team.
