Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing the convenience and flexibility of a telehealth setting. You will be equipped to connect with patients through secure digital platforms, allowing you to perform assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-up care seamlessly. You will work primarily during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and resources within the community.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, providing a solid foundation in mental health practice.

• Strong knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and effective therapeutic techniques.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and family therapy specifically to older adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
