If you’re looking to be a part of a passionate team solving these complex problems, then Rotary and Mission Systems is the place for you.The WorkAs a Hardware IPT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading Hardware development teams of 5 - 20 engineers through the hardware development process of digital subsystems.• Acting as technical liaison between Engineering & Technology leadership and Program Management to align resources, staffing and milestone planning.• Facilitating weekly IPT status meetings and ensuring transparent communication among engineering, technology, program management and customer stakeholders.• Delivering clear, concise oral and written updates to leadership, customers and cross functional teams.• Overseeing subsystem development, build and test activities to meet schedule, performance and quality requirements.• Experience fostering close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.Who We AreLockheed Martin is a global aerospace, defense, and security company dedicated to advancing scientific discovery and harnessing innovation to make the world a safer place. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekThe base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $181,113.
