Corporate Development Associate

Every deal needs a quarterback. BKV Corporation is hiring ours. AsCorporate Development Associate (M&A), you're the point person on every acquisition we evaluate. You gather input across functions, vet the data room, submit the questions that matter back to the bank or seller, build the model that puts a real number on the asset, and carry the investment case to our Executive Leadership Team for a decision. This isn't a seat where you support the deal. You run it. We're looking for 7-8 years in investment banking M&A, corporate development, or private equity, real reps evaluating and executing transactions. Oil and gas experience is required. What we won't teach is how to build a model that holds up under pressure and own a process end to end. Denver-based, on-site, up to 20% travel. Backed by an integrated upstream, midstream, power, and CCUS platform, still writing its growth story, not managing its decline. Base salary $95,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience, plus 25% performance-based bonus, full benefits, and a 6% retirement match.
