**This position is located on site in Tulsa, OK**

SUMMARY: The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Supervisor partners with and supports key internal customers and other functional areas by providing Financial reporting and analysis. This role also manages senior or staff level finance professionals that aid in the level of stakeholder support necessary for the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors
  • Responsible for promoting culture of safety
  • Oversee daily, monthly and quarterly analysis, reporting, and presentations
  • Ensure successful completion and delivery of corporate projects and initiatives
  • Develop improved reporting and analysis capabilities based on direction and needs of the organization
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to build succession within the organization
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent aptitude and working experience with financial systems like Epicor, Workday Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Halo
  • Firm understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them in business situations
  • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders
  • Strong ability to apply advanced knowledge in field and ability to recommend action

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for directing most, if not all, of the work activities of subordinates
  • Direct supervisory responsibility of 1-2 employees, with the potential of more
  • May be responsible, with or without approval from top management, to make decisions regarding hiring, terminating, disciplining, promoting, approving time off requests, approving work and work product of others and setting departmental policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position required
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a similar position preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

  • MBA and/or CPA certification preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
  • Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _50_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
  • Environment may be slightly dirty or involved occasional exposure to elements. Work is generally performed during traditional working hours; regular day hours Monday through Friday; although there may be some changes to work schedule to include some weekends or evenings to meet deadlines.

PPE REQUIRED:

  • Wrist rest for keyboard and mouse pad.
