Job Description We’re a local family‑owned and family‑operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical company looking for a talented dispatcher/customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, high‑energy and a team player who will become part of a successful team. Our offices are open Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm. All applicants must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment, and must live within 30 miles of our offices. Minimum Requirements Must be great on phones. Must be great on computers. High energy level and ambition to be the best at his or her position. Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to a changing environment. Strong communication and team‑building skills. Willingness to learn a proven way of doing things that leads to success. Job Details Job type: Full‑time. Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Location: Magnolia, Texas (Northwest Houston). Work schedule: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Friday; 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday rotation, plus rotating on‑call schedule. Supplemental pay: Bonus spiff.
