Responsibilities

- Design scientific education approaches for major medical congresses and data readouts
- Build and govern strategic partnerships across medical affairs and learning functions globally
- Define scientific onboarding and continuous learning models ensuring consistency across markets
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience developing and implementing learning strategies
- Deep knowledge of medical affairs, field medical, and home office functions
- Experience building partnerships across cross-functional global teams
- Expertise in training needs assessment and learning effectiveness measurement
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and medical priorities
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and educational innovation
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party resources
