We offer our Psychiatrists:

• Flexible work schedules: we are seeking full time.
• Hybrid models with on-site & telehealth working 1 day on-site at one of our Maryland locations and 3- 4 days fully remote for our Washington D.C. location.
• Licensed in both Washington D.C. and Maryland
• 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
• Compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings

• Compensation range $314,000 to $371,000, compensation model based on productivity.
