Direct Care Worker Part Time

Overview Description ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Direct Care Worker to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients' homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare serves a Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes, including assistance with daily activities and skill-building. Encourage and help Recipients pursue personal goals and community engagement outside the home. Follow individual care plans and document progress as required. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for Recipients.
