Job Summary: The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Communication, Media & Journalism department on the Gainesville campus. This position would assist the Director of Forensics and the UNG Debate & Speech team with administrative responsibilities and research. Responsibilities Assist with administrative tasks such as responding to emails, ensuring updated information on digital and print material, etc. Ensure the debate & speech team meets deadlines for on and off campus commitments. Help organized and carry out the team's weekly meetings and events. Assist the team with research on communication theories and current issues. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong writing, research and cataloging. Strong communication. Time management. Required Qualifications Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
