Description Fall River Health Services is looking for a Valet to work Part Time 3 days a week . This role plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for patients and their families at our facility. Additionally, the Valet will function as a receptionist and patient escort, contributing to a positive and efficient environment. Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and their families warmly; assist them in safely disembarking from their vehicles and provide support as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate services or departments.
- Escort patients to their appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Effectively communicate with medical staff and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain the valet area and parking facilities in a clean and organized manner.
- Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Physical ability to assist patients and maneuver vehicles as necessary.
