About the Role

SYNERGY HomeCare of Hurst is seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Community Liaison to grow our referral network throughout Tarrant County and surrounding areas.

This is a relationship-based outside sales position. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building professional relationships, and working independently to grow a sales territory. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys being on the road, thrives with minimal supervision, and is motivated by building new relationships every day.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, non-medical home care that allows seniors and adults to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Schedule & Territory

Monday: Office day in Hurst for planning, meetings, reporting, follow-up, and team collaboration.

Tuesday through Friday: Full-time field sales throughout Arlington, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Hurst, and surrounding communities.

This position requires daily travel using your own reliable vehicle. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, physician offices, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other referral sources.

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships.

• Develop new business through networking, cold calling, and in-person visits.

• Attend community events and networking opportunities.

• Track sales activity and referrals using the company CRM.

• Represent SYNERGY HomeCare professionally within the healthcare community.

The ideal candidate:

• Enjoys spending most of the workday in the field.

• Is a self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.

• Is comfortable introducing themselves to new referral partners every day.

• Maintains consistent in-person sales activity throughout the week.

• Follows through with referral partners and develops lasting professional relationships.

• Meets established activity and referral goals.

• Keeps accurate CRM documentation and communicates regularly with the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, staffing, or outside sales is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with face-to-face sales and cold calling.

• Organized, dependable, and goal oriented.

• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and automobile insurance.
