Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (Outpatient Orthopedic & Neurological Rehabilitation)

Location: Quality Rehab Physical Therapy - Colorado Springs, CO
Compensation: $28 - $34/hour (competitive salary based on experience)
Job Type: Part-Time | Minimum of 20 hours per week (flexible schedule, no weekends!)

We’re currently seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit team of professionals. This role is perfect for someone who values quality patient care and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Our clinic treats a wide range of conditions, with specialties that include:

• Orthopedic and post-surgical rehab
• Sports medicine and performance recovery
• Neurological and balance disorders
• Vestibular and vertigo therapy
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with Physical Therapists to implement customized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients on home programs and safe movement techniques
• Assist with pain management and recovery for orthopedic, neurological, and sports related conditions
• Track progress and maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes
• Contribute to a team culture focused on patient success and ongoing learning

What We’re Looking For

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current (or eligible) Colorado PTA license
• Great communication skills and a patient focused mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists and clinic staff
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting
• Physically able to assist and mobilize patients as needed
