You will also utilize PLCs, robot I/O, HMIs, and CAD/CAM platforms like SolidWorks or Mastercam. Location & Position Type Moncks Corner, South Carolina Permanent Salary $110,000 - 130,000 per year Work Hours 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Education Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities Lead automation projects from concept to repeatable production for processes like sanding, trimming, and material handling. Evaluate, source, and integrate industrial robot arms, end‑of‑arm tooling, sensors, and safety controls. Program complex robot motion paths and optimize tool speed, contact pressure, and cycle times. Design, fabricate, and test prototype automation cells and custom part‑holding fixtures on the shop floor. Support large‑format 3D printing and 5‑axis milling operations while troubleshooting equipment issues. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in robotics or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
