Certified Surgical Technologist

What You'll Do:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized and arranged according to protocols
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff during operative procedures
• Maintain a sterile field by following infection control policies
• Monitor and count surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Safely handle specimens and organize surgical instruments
• Support with post-surgical clean-up and equipment decontamination
• Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Demonstrated experience in an operating room, with strong technical skills
• Understanding of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative care standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to remain composed in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Relevant Nursing - ORT background is highly valued

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
