Specialist IT Operations

Job-relevant vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience Bachelors degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university 4-7 years of related work experience Main Responsibilities Drive varied infrastructure projects to success, from assessment and planning to implementation and documentation Manage Information Technology infrastructure within the organization, including the physical environment (e.g., WAN/LAN, servers, terminals), as well as server applications and software Perform integration, administration, and support of Office 365 & Azure Cloud technologies. Administer and maintain security of operating systems and software environments. Provide L3 support across infrastructure layer and enterprise systems PowerShell scripting knowledge is advantageous Focus on continuity of services.
