Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Wage: $23.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax regarding parts and service quotations
- Prepare and provide detailed quotations, including pricing, availability, and lead times
- Process customer and intercompany orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain and update parts pricing, ensuring alignment with established sales margins
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders
- Partner with Engineering, as needed, to resolve customer issues and support troubleshooting efforts, including identifying appropriate parts solutions
- Coordinate shipments with the shipping department to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
- Knowledge of CRM / ERP systems
