About the Opportunity

LMG Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established real estate firm, Pioneer Realty Group, in Chicago to hire a licensed Realtor . This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to build a long-term, sustainable career with the right mix of structure, mentorship, and access to real opportunities.

This is not a high-pressure, churn-and-burn environment. Instead, the focus is on relationship-driven growth, consistent deal flow, and developing a strong foundation in real estate .

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Active Illinois Real Estate License (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage your own schedule and client relationships
Reliable transportation, smartphone, and laptop
