What You Will Do: Get hands‑on experience : assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance. Explore dealership operations : by supporting the parts department and showroom. What You Will Need: Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old. Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
