Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Mesa/Tucson, AZ (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across Arizona territories. The role involves delivering clinical product knowledge to healthcare providers, executing sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and navigating payer systems to drive product utilization and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer accounts, customize interactions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and sustain brand passion throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience OR High school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's with 3 years sales/clinical experience OR Associate's with 6 years OR High school with 8 years
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, nephrology, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Adaptability with core competencies in sales planning, business knowledge, communication, driving results, and relationship cultivation
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industry experience preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual
