Savaria / Handicare Curved Stairlift Installer – Contract / Per Job
South Florida Stairlifts is seeking an experienced curved stairlift installer with direct hands-on experience installing Savaria Freecurve and/or Handicare 4000 stairlifts .
This is contract, per-job work , not a full-time position. Installations are performed in customer homes throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties .
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience installing Savaria Freecurve and/or Handicare 4000 curved stairlifts
- Ability to assemble and install curved rail systems
- Experience with setup, programming, adjustments, testing and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Own basic installation tools
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working in customers' homes
We are specifically looking for someone who already understands these systems. This is not an entry-level position and we are not looking for a general handyman who has never installed curved stairlifts.
Current or former Savaria/Handicare technicians, stairlift installers, or accessibility-lift technicians are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: $50–$75 per hour , depending on experience. Higher compensation or a flat per-install rate may be available for technicians with extensive Freecurve/4000 experience.
Work is scheduled as installations become available , so there are no guaranteed weekly hours.
