Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for our patients. Our department prides itself on a positive atmosphere with a cohesive team committed to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide gait training and therapeutic exercises.
• Facilitate therapeutic activities to promote patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification required.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and learn Meditech effectively.
