About the Position

Job Title: Respiratory Care Specialist Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years in specialty License: State license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRT/RRT Must-Have: - Availability to be assigned to an "Emergency Team" - Willingness to stay until the event passes or be part of the relief team - Comfortable with emergency preparedness expectations Description: Upon accepting this assignment, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients. You may be assigned to participate in emergency situations and will receive specific details regarding pay for these events. It is essential to accept and report to any assignments given by your unit manager during emergencies. Prior travel experience is required. Weekend coverage will be necessary every other week. Experience with charting systems, preferably Epic, is preferred. Candidates must have the necessary certifications and be prepared for an orientation process. All travelers must meet qualifications outlined in the job requirements.
