This is in our new 12 Bay Kia facility with air conditioning and heat!What We Offer:Positive and fun work environmentVeteran team to help you succeed.Yearly Recognition ProgramPromotional and Career Growth OpportunitiesContinuous TrainingPaid VacationsPaid Maternity Leave/Parental LeaveEmployee Discount on all services, parts, and vehicles401k + Company MatchComprehensive and Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans with low cost to you.Paid Company UniformsWork Life Balance/No SundaysWhat You Will Be Doing?Perform regular maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements, to prevent problems before they occur.Inspect engines for leaks.Top off other fluids in the transmission or braking system.Perform tire pressure checks and rotations and inflate as needed.Install new batteries, wiper blades and air filters.Diagnose issues and recommend repair work to mechanics.Replaces oil, air, cabin, and fuel filters.Drain engine oil and add new oil to a car's engine.Use specialized tools and equipment and tools, such as scanners, multimeters, and hydraulic lifts, to diagnose problems and make repairs.Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance services performed on vehicles. Document all work performed on the repair orderPerform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards..Communicate with parts department to obtain needed partsKeep shop area neat and clean.RequirementsMust be 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningMust be able to pass a background check with no criminal record.Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceWorking knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
