You will create a welcoming, supportive experience for prospective caregivers, answer questions about opportunities with TheKey, and help qualified candidates navigate the hiring and onboarding process.During the first 90 days, your primary focus will be recruiting: increasing local awareness of TheKey, connecting with potential caregivers beyond traditional online channels, and helping candidates you engage move efficiently from first conversation through onboarding. You may conduct on-the-spot screenings and interviews, support candidates in iCIMS, and partner closely with local leadership and Talent Acquisition to build a strong, reliable caregiver pipeline. As local needs evolve, you will also have the opportunity to support caregiver onboarding, training, engagement, and other initiatives that help caregivers feel prepared, connected, and successful at TheKey.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Understanding home care state regulations, and organizational policies and proceduresServe as a welcoming first point of contact for caregivers, fostering a positive and supportive experience with TheKey and helping them navigate company resources and processesHost remotely facilitated onboarding sessions for new caregivers, ensuring all required paperwork, system access, and introductory materials are completedHost remotely facilitated PCA training sessions for caregivers on-site to improve completion ratesAssist with recruiting activities including walk-in interviews, on-site hiring events, job fair attendance, and grassroots marketing initiativesDeliver PPE and other supplies to caregivers in the field as requestedAssist caregivers in navigating company systems and direct them to the appropriate department for benefits, payroll, workers' compensation, or human resources inquiriesLog caregiver questions, concerns, and feedback and escalate trends or recurring issues to the Caregiver Manager for reviewSupport caregiver engagement and retention initiatives as directed by the Caregiver ManagerParticipate in field visits and in-person caregiver check-ins as needed to support caregiver experience and readinessAdditional duties as assignedRequired Skills, Education and Certifications:High school graduation or the equivalentPrevious experience as a caregiver, a plusTwo (2) years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industryAbility to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and stated deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workloadAbility to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnelComputer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurate notes in the systemCurrent driver's license and proof of insurancePhysical Requirements:Ability to travel approximately up to 25% of the timeAbility to drive for extended periods to transport caregivers and deliver suppliesAbility to lift and carry up to 15-20 poundsAbility to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workdayAbility to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.Salary: $20 - $24 per hourThe information contained here is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job, nor is it intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to do the job.
