Location: Hybrid in US (possible travel to VA, NC, TX, AR, ATL, OH, OK) Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of Data center real estate. Coordinate with other teams to ensure an end-end coordinated delivery of any critical water and/or wastewater improvements needed for datacenter development. Responsible for driving cross team delivery in the review, due diligence, and design of water and wastewater projects to support data centers. Assist in the strategy development, execution, and site development of various projects Skills: Advanced knowledge of Water and Wastewater Design Working knowledge of a broad range of Commercial Real Estate aspects including acquisition processes, design, and construction Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary Range: The salaryfor this position is between$200000k - $250000k annually.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
