Hospice Nurse Practitioner

IHA

MercyOne is seeking a Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide primary-level care under the Hospice Medical Director and to perform face-to-face assessments in home and hospice settings. You will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to evaluate eligibility and deliver symptom management with integrity and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate has an active Iowa NP license, DEA registration, and experience in palliative care or hospice; strong communication skills and reliable #J-18808-Ljbffr
