THE TEAM YOU ARE JOINING Established organization with a mix of manufacturing operations and corporate functions Opportunity to partner closely with HR leadership on both operational priorities and strategic people initiatives Broad HR role supporting a diverse employee population across multiple functions and levels Organization focused on improving HR processes, strengthening systems, and supporting evolving business needs Established organization with a mix of manufacturing operations and corporate functions Opportunity to partner closely with HR leadership on both operational priorities and strategic people initiatives Broad HR role supporting a diverse employee population across multiple functions and levels Organization focused on improving HR processes, strengthening systems, and supporting evolving business needs What They Offer You Opportunity to take ownership of key HR initiatives and contribute to meaningful process improvements Direct partnership with HR leadership and exposure to broader organizational priorities Ability to influence HR practices, employee relations, talent acquisition, and operational efficiencies Opportunity to help strengthen the HR function while balancing hands-on responsibilities with larger projects LOCATION Clover, SC area – Onsite 5 days per week Responsibilities Partner with HR leadership to support day-to-day HR operations and execute department-wide initiatives Lead recruiting efforts for professional, technical, administrative, and other specialized positions Manage more complex employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers and supporting resolution of employee concerns Support the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and compliance practices Contribute to HRIS implementation, system optimization, and process improvement projects Provide guidance and support across broader HR functions while helping establish consistent practices and improve overall efficiency BACKGROUND THAT FITS Progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred, with exposure to both hourly and salaried employee populations Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex situations and advising leadership Experience supporting professional-level recruitment, HR policies, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives Strong HRIS experience; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is highly desirable Comfortable operating independently, managing competing priorities, and partnering closely with HR leadership; previous people management experience is a plus but not required Open #J-18808-Ljbffr
