Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Guide and instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and techniques aimed at enhancing physical function and alleviating pain.
• Educate patients and their families about safe in-home treatment options, injury prevention, and ergonomics to promote continual health improvement.
• Document comprehensive patient care histories, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing physical therapy practices.
• Utilize modern physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practices to support patients with both temporary and long-term disabilities.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with expertise and caseload.
