Application Administrator

Role Overview AnaVation is seeking an Application Administrator to join our team and support our mission critical Government customer in Hanover, MD. The position assists in resolving Tier 3 incidents, performs routine ServiceNow administration tasks, and supports workflow and reporting applications. What You Will Do Provide Tier 3 Application support to customer workflows, reporting, dashboards, and ServiceNow automation. Install, configure, and maintain application and platform components. Monitor application performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
